They failed to listen to my request concerning my family member’s tombstone and took a whole year to finally begin the process. We called them to check on the status of the tombstone after the funeral service and they lied to us that they were working on it when in reality they didn’t even process the design that we wanted. Signs would have been a nice notification that they will be closing at 5. Signs like the ones they used to tell us about headstone decorations and such. Instead I was told by an overwhelmed security guard, he was not as nice as I would have liked but I could tell he was doing the best he could. In a place where our loved ones are laid to rest I would have expected a little more respect from the staff and not let one guard tell over 20 plus cars that they have to leave. Help the poor guy out.
HORRIBLE!!! RUDE!!! How are they gonna say on google “closes at 5” BUT tell people at the gate today for DAY OF THE DEAD “we closing at 4:45” whoever is the new owner needs to step it up cause years ago it would be open until 8 for day of the dead. People don’t get off work until 5. The employees are rude as hell. There’s two women who are so damn rude. One was blonde and the other was brunette. Yall need to learn some damn manners. Maybe complaining to city hall as a community will do something.
