I joined San Pablo Planet Fitness about a month ago and recently decided to try the Total Body Enhancement machine for red light therapy. After my session, I didn’t realize I had accidentally left one of my earbuds in the room. When I went back, the room was already in use. Vanessa immediately stepped in and told me to leave my name and number. She assured me she would check the room as soon as it was available and give me a call. Thank you to all the staff at Planet Fitness. As a new immigrant whose native language is not English, I've been working out here for almost three years. I still remember my first visit when I signed up for a membership; the staff were very patient and humorous in communicating with me. I also remember that my bicycle wasn't locked, and a staff member proactively reminded me about its safety and moved it to the Black Card member area to prevent it from being stolen. It was incredibly thoughtful and a great example for me. Since then, I quickly upgraded to a Black Card membership. I’ve been coming to this San Pablo location since they first open the staff has always been super friendly and welcoming. Even though they don’t have a janitorial staff, employees do an amazing job at keeping the club up kept.
