My hair braider was out of town. I called Olga and she was quick to respond. She found an appointment the same day. She was friendly. We did have a small and short misunderstanding about the length. It was quickly resolved. She completed Senegalese twist in less than 4 hours. Overall exceptional service! M

We were up in the East Bay visiting family and my daughter decided to get her hair braided. I did a search on Yelp and found Olga! Thank you yelpers! I texted Olga to schedule the appointment and she responded quickly! I sent her a picture of what my daughter wanted and she replied with a quote (very reasonable)! She provided the hair and picked the color which complemented my daughter's natural hair color! Olga was very lovely & even put a movie to watch while she braided my daughter's hair. ANN WAS EXCELLENT! She was friendly, prompt and professional. Ann styled my daughter's hair with passion twist for her prom. I liked the care that she put into her hair before she started the install of the twist. Thank you and I will see you again.
