“I live out in SF but the trip out to this side of the Bay to get my nails done is 10000% worth it. Try to always call ahead of time and an appointment because they tend to get busy with walk ups but they'll do their best to accommodate you. The shop is located in the San Pablo Towne Center so there is plenty of parking. The space is always clean and they offer complimentary snacks/drinks. Service prices are super reasonable which also adds the list of reasons I will always come back to Golden Nails and Spa. All the ladies here are super sweet and accommodating but I want to give a special shout out to Julie. I showed her a picture of an ombre french set with chrome on top and she made it come to life. It took quite some time to do my nails but I was not in a rush and I actually really appreciate how detail-oriented she is. That being said, they turned out exactly how I wanted and it's honestly the best set of acrylic nails I've ever had I will always come back as long as they're here -- thank you!“

“I have had so many bad experiences with other beauty salons and I have spent tons of money trying for someone to achieve what I want without damaging my hair. I have also lost so much hair in the process because I had to keep cutting my hair to get rid of the bad hair after treatments. And then I found Carmelita's and what these ladies did was amazing not only they color my hair the exact color I wanted and that other previous Salons told me I couldn't do, but they also didn't damage my hair.
