I drove to the Richemond location which closed early

Then I drove to the El Sobrante location and they were too packed and couldn’t take any more patience for the day

I was referred to a third place in Berkeley, who told me they were not in my network

So I went to three Urgent Care‘s and never saw a nurse or doctor. By the time I decided to go home and forget about it. I was in pain and stressed out to the max.

Thanks to Annacelia Vasquez in prenatal / podiatry department Front desk receptionists The type of cares she provide the quality of the care. expertise on the things that help you with are outstanding And above and beyond the things you would expect to get, she's always nice. All though I don't like going to the doctor The kind and courteous greeting you get when you go in, makes it okay

It's an urgent care. Not a backup doctor's office. Do to the reviews I was expecting the worst but was pleasantly surprised. Everyone was very kind and understanding. I left diagnosed, with peace of mind and medication for my pain. Thank you!
