Very bad services . Waiting time two hours. Arrived 45 minutes before open. Personal standing inside and no assistance. Almost closing time , and still waiting. They take like 20 minutes to sell their packages per pet . Very bad service.

Cheap but poorly managed. Different vets at each site, with inconsistent company-wide policies. Told me to bring my dog for vaccines two weeks in a row. Took off work to take her for the vaccine the second time, Spent two hours going there, waiting in line, being told the wrong place to go in the store and having someone behind me in line called before me in the 20 seconds it took me to walk to the other side of the store, then being told that in fact they will not give my dog her remaining vaccines today because it hasn’t been two weeks since her last vaccine.
