Absolutely love it my trainer Marco is great so patient After not really exercising for a long time At 71 I found a place that works for me I am so looking forward to seeing and feeling my progress.

All the trainers I worked with, Daryl, Justin, Merry, Marciano, were super friendly. They work you hard, but they do it with a smile and humor. You get their undivided attention when you're at the studio.

Truly the perfect workout! So close and so convenient, and the team is extremely flexible with scheduling, not to mention super nice and friendly! I always feel so comfortable and excited for my workout, like I’m just going to hang out with my friends for 20 mins. Above all that, I am absolutely so much stronger and more energized. I really do get a good workout in 20 mins, and even work up a sweat. The perfect workout came at the perfect time for me because my joints were really starting to hurt. It was so hard for me to bend at the knees while doing simple household chores. Now, I feel much healthier and my joints are actually pain-free, which is the biggest bonus.... read full review
