“Allen T. was very professional and on time for Bob style hair cuts twice now. We were in total communications. The Semi-perm hair coloring I had in between the 2 hair cuts could be improved though. I thought Allen was suppose to ask me what color I wanted first. Instead, he chose a semi-perm hair color that was, as it turned out, right for me. The location was good for me and the place was clean & spacious. The hair cuts, especially the 2nd one, were the right length for me & the sideway bangs allowed me to dry without pins or hairspray to hold in place! Love that!“

“I've had maybe two expensive facials in my entire life... at least I thought I had. After a ton of research on yelp and through various sites, I decided on Halee based on reviews and prompt availability. Now I finally learned what a real facial is. Let's break this down by stars. Star #1: Scheduling: prompt, clear and concise communication. Was super easy scheduling an appointment. Star #2: Atmosphere. Quaint, light, relaxing and inviting. It's a medium sized room within a facility and everything was cute, sassy, organized, and super clean. Minimalistic and concise equipment that all looked modern and updated. Bed was extremely comfortable, heated, and there was a proper place to put your things. Sudden extreme comfort coming here. Naps are a risk factor. Star #3: flexibility. I didn't know exactly what I needed, but I was able to schedule 3 services: facial (of some kind. I was originally thinking microdermabrasion) lash lift, and teeth whitening (wasn't sure if I needed it). There was no charge in changing the services I ended up receiving. Star #4: knowledgable. Halee impressed me as soon as I arrived. She told me what to expect and when I admit I was naive to facials, skin care etc. she told me she would take a look at my skin and let me know what she thought. The way she explained everything made me realize the magnitude of how much there is to know about products, skin, reactions, results and more. I have never in my life been more fascinated about skin care and the depth of the cosmetology world. It's amazing. Star #5: results. Halee advised me not to do the microdermabrasion facial because my thin skin would react negatively and because my concerns of hyperpigmentation were mild. Instead she gave me a cleansing facial and in the end... my face looked waaaaay more even toned, clear, bright and vibrant. I felt I looked 5 years younger afterwards and my face felt so hydrated and healthy the remainder of the day. Even days later it feels great and I've received many compliments already. In general, people often tell me I look 10 years younger than I am, but now I really feel like I do which has been such a positive lift to my confidence. I literally did not know a facial could do that. Speaking of lifts, the lash lift is something I will 100% continue to do. Instantly larger more open and youthful eyes. I look forward to returning for my next one in a couple of months. As for the teeth whitening, Halee didn't recommend it. She said my teeth are fairly white from the products I use at home already so results from the treatments would probably be minimal. Which leads to the final star.. Star #6: Genuineness. I wish I could give a 6 star rating because Halee truly deserves it. She absolutely wants the best for her clients and will go above and beyond to care for them, advise them, and get to know them. I was (and still am) very naive to skin care, however Halee has helped me so much by pointing me to products (not upselling but actually making recommendations for my type of skin) and I am so appreciative to have an expert in skincare I can turn to. So so so grateful I met her and I look forward to working with her again and again. Thank you Halee!!!“

“I like to get a massage every so often from a different place. I was hesitant to try her but gave it a shot. Started off rough as the lady charged me twice and had to wait a few minutes until another lady came to straighten it out. They did and I went to the room and got prepared for the massage. Room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The lady gave me a very thorough massage and I was happy. She worked my back well as I am very stiff from Parkinson’s. Was one of the best massages I have received in the last year. I recommend this place and will be back.“

“Today was visiting a friend in San Mateo, two hours early, so decided to look around and see what was available.

Entered and the staff greeted me, they had availability, usually I call to make sure they could accommodate me. The staff was friendly and greeted me cheerfully.

Enter the room, looked clean and tidy. I got ready on the bench, told my masseuse that I had some tightness and sore legs.

She took care of all my knots, gave good attention to my legs as I asked. I do believe that I fell asleep, was such a relaxing experience.

Will definitely come here again, now one of my locations that will visit when in the area, bookmarked.“

“I came here once before about 8 years ago for a massage. I don’t know why I remembered they had prenatal massage but I did. Fast forward to now, I’m pregnant with my first and she is killing my sciatica!
There is only one therapist that does prenatal massage and she is pure MAGIC!
Upon arrival, the check in sheet is thorough so you are guaranteed to receive the type of service you prefer. I love massage therapy and as a preschool teacher of 16 years, rely on self care to keep me going. Dacy is by far the best therapist I’ve ever had! This was my third time back and this last massage included many firsts. First, I was so relaxed I almost fell asleep! I’ve never felt so relaxed. Second, no one has ever been able to touch/massage my feet. I am wayyyyy too ticklish and natural body movements kick in… literally. I can’t control my legs and feet and someone is bound to get hurt. Lastly, I was bit by a dog and have nerve damage from the injury. It is painful when touched certain ways. Not for Dacy, she was able to work the damaged tissue without pain and now I have more range of motion with that muscle tissue. She is able to pin point problem spots and use just the right amount of pressure to help relax and relieve pain. A combination of targeted muscle work with a full body work up. AMAZING!!! Dacy, thank you for being this pregnant mama’s savior!!“
