They did a truly amazing job on cleaning my wedding dress. I had originally taken it to the chain Elegance Preserved, which called my dress "challenging" due to the dirt at the bottom of the hem, and charged me over $100 more than Rose Cleaners charged me. When I took it to Rose Cleaners, they immediately said that it was no problem, charged me their standard wedding dress cleaning rate, and returned it to me a week later with amazing results! It looks as if it was never worn! Thank you!!

Visited this place three times. Two times for dry cleaning my winter jackets (the heavy coats with fur hoodie) and one for some paddings. The owner helped me pad the holes on my pants. The dry cleaning service was good. The owner did a pretty good job with removing the dirty parts on the jacket’s sleeves. The downside was it was quite pricey imo ($50/1 time) my jackets are not big brands, and I got them on sale ($50 each), so $50 for cleaning two jackets was almost the same price for buying a new one.
