I have home insurance and once I called it in, within minutes on a Sunday night, Cameron called me and set up an appointment for early Monday morning (my request)!!! Loved Baylon and his advice for the future- He took care of my issue, was quick, professional and knowledgeable
Thank you to the whole Promo family!!!!
Needed a rooter company bad to unclog all the drains in our house, our HomServe insurance dispatched them to us.
Owen & Loni showed up & investigated our situation & took the time to protect the house, showed up with all the right gear.
Im due time cleared the drains, & communicated to me solutions to keep this from happening again.
They did a great job cleaned up & left the house in better shape. Hoping they come back to do the upgrades to our old insufficient piping system.
Totally recommend them.
Great service. Had an emergency issue which was late in the day and a technician was sent out promptly and handled my plumbing issue with courtesy and professionalism. I highly recommend Promo Plumbing. Thanks Mo and Bayloni!
