Layout is not complex with flat fairways and not many hazards. Greens are very well maintained, and they roll fast but true. First time to play in California, what pleasant weather it is during this summer time!
Played 18 today on a set of great rental clubs. Contrary to recent posts, the course was in great shape. Tees greens and fairways. Played soft throughout. Couldn't have been more pleased with the course and the folks I played with. I'll be back.
Unfortunately the management has let the fairways dry out beyond repair. It would take a heavy rain winter to bring back what used to be a great course just months ago. The greens are not in bad condition. The restaurant is excellent. Many new trees have been planted to replace the old trees damaged in the recent winds.
