Finding a place in the Bay Area or Peninsula for ceramic coating or PPF can be overwhelming. So many shops, each with a mix of glowing and not-so-great reviews, it’s hard to know where to start. I personally reached out to many — through Yelp, calls, texts, you name it. Some weren’t responsive, some gave vague one/two-word replies, some were pushy with sales — and then there were a few who truly stood out.
There are definitely solid options out there, from large-scale shops that handle multiple cars at once to more boutique-style operations. In the end, I chose to go with a boutique shop — and I’m so glad I did.
