I got a haircut and toner by Jamie McClay today. Jamie was very attentive and made sure I got what I wanted (which I did!). And I loved the hair wash stations at Maison Deux. They use these lie flat chair/beds that are super comfortable, and your neck isn't tilted back at an awkward angle. Wish other salons would use them too! I'll definitely be coming back for my next color. Thanks so much Jamie!

Another great haircut by Jamie McClay at the San Mateo salon that she owns, Maison Deux. She was specifically recommended to me by Shigeo Nakatani when he retired several years ago. I have thick short hair that's difficult to cut and Jamie makes sure that I always look good with minimal effort on my part. Easy parking, large salon with high ceilings, and luxurious new shampoo basins.

I've been going to Jamie at Maison Deux for many years now, and every time I leave I feel amazing (whether it's getting any of these done: root color, cut, balayage). Amazing cuz of how I look and feel but also it's just a great place to spend a couple hours too. All of the stylists are so welcoming, and there is a definite friendly vibe had by all.Jamie is of the best, and her work says it all! She always greets me with a smile, and I just love how down-to-earth she is. Another fun perk too - getting served tea, coffee, water - while you're waiting for dye processing etc.Oh and the salon, now under Jamie, has upgraded all of the hair washing stations.
