It was truly such a joy to work with Marine at Luxury Alterations. I received quotes from two other seamstresses before going to Marine and ultimately chose Luxury Alterations because of the warm, kind, and genuine atmosphere and energy I felt from Marine as well as the reasonable pricing. Marine was very communicative throughout the process and worked very quickly to get my dress ready for the big day. I trusted her judgment from the start and they ultimately did a beautiful job. I could not be happier with the team at Luxury alterations, they are absolute miracle workers!! I came to them with my wedding dress in hopes they would be able to lower the neckline, tighten up the bodice, and under the bum, as well as add a bustle. They were confident they could do everything and after shopping around a bit more (which they were okay with) I ended up coming back to the team at Luxury Alteration. My main reason? Attention to detail, transparency and price. I appreciated their attention to detail in our initial consult as well as their honesty oh how they would make my vision into reality. This place was recommended to me by my wedding planner and i cant express how amazing, kind and professional they are here. I had lost a significant amount of weight from the time of me buying my wedding dress to my first alteration fitting. They had to basically reconstruct it cause it was almost 3 sizes too big. They were able to resize it to me perfectly and i was beyond happy with the results. They also added removable straps that i could switch between. It’s so difficult and scary to find a place to trust, especially with a wedding dress and I'm so blessed to have come here and worked with them.
