I made an acupuncture appointment to address some ongoing lower back pain and muscle stiffness. The receptionist Shelby was very friendly and knowledgeable helping me decide which treatment to try, and also helped me set up my appointment the process was so easy and stress free. Dr. Tao performed my acupuncture treatment, he did an excellent job making sure I understood what he was doing, why he was doing it, and the results it would yield. Outside of the acupuncture treatment he also gave me tips on how I can ease my back pain on my own time every day which I found very helpful. The treatment was painless I only felt a slight pinch when the needles were put in place and I could feel my muscles relax, afterwords my back definitely felt looser. My pain did not instantly disappear however I found my back has been far less of a bother and at the end of the day a big improvement from how I felt before the treatment. Overall and very professional and enjoyable experience, looking forward to my next visit.
