Dr. Dennis Park performed a left wrist surgery in 2022, was very pleased with his expertise and patience. He also recommended physical therapy care with Aero Physical & Sports medicine located in Burlingame. The staff and office experience were very professional as well.
Early this year, I went to San Mateo Orthopedics, and saw Dr. Dennis Park. I had back issues and foot pain. I decided to take time off from my sport activities for a while as my entire body was totally off - out of shape. Dr. Park listened to my concerns, prescribed Physical Therapy and ordered and MRI. Going through PT gave my body time to heal with proper exercises. As I was progressing, I was able to do some light running. It took about 7 months of hard work but well worth it. I am now back to my full-time sports activities with my senior teammates. Front desk receptionist is very polite and attentive, Veronica, Doctor's assistant, is kind and puts you at ease.
Update: I called the office to ask for medical records and a few days later, I logged into My Sutter Health portal and saw that they logged or billed me for a call with Dr Park for following up on my Xrays. I have never ever spoken to or even seen Dr Park! They refused to give an analysis update on my X-rays and I've only spoken to the front desk! I can't believe they tried to charge me and made up a fake phone call follow up!! I will definitely call them next week to ask. Fraud????
