Had such a bad experience with these people in MI that I had to let corporate located in Walnut Creek (this is closest location) that they suck! Do better, commiefornia!Don't work with these clowns!I had the displeasure of being paired with Sarah Figueroa. Couldn't call me for the interview that was scheduled the day before. Couldn't email back to confirm that the interview was canceled. Couldn't callback.Then, when I call to try and speak to someone above her, Erica refuses to pass me to a supervisor. She acts like Sarah is her own department and acts like she doesn't know what to do.Stay away. These people are unorganized, liars, and can't do their job right.

Do not use Kelly they fired my husband he was a great worker according to his managers and literally that same day they never gave him a warning! nothing! They fired him without notice! now we are suing this is very unprofessional.

i am writing this on behalf of someone....i truly hope no one decides to receive any kind of employment through this temp agency they lie, do not care about their employees and worst of all will fire you because they failed on their end to submit things correctly! they fired my bf back in 2021 because his original temp agency backed out of their contract and kelly services took over. they stated he did not have the correct paperwork and he needs to resubmit it. instead of giving him time to do so they fired him! when he got rehired 2 months later, they deducted his $25 per hour he was originally hired at to $20 per hour! i think that is bs due to the fact on indeed and other hiring websites you clearly stated a starting pay of $21 or more for the same exact job! we fought to have it back to the original amount but nothing ever got resolved after that. he still continued to work because we needed the money. that should have been the first sign of things to come! jumping to the end of july 2022, he got extremely sick and was in the hospital. when he attempted to return to work with a doctors note, they told us the whole company got laid off. they did not attempt to help any of the temp workers look for other jobs or offer any solutions to continue work somewhere else. kelly services also continued to deduct money out of his account for medical insurance that he could not afford. we called multiple times as well as submit claims via their website but no one reached out to us! on top of that he was not paid after being laid off until a month later! now here is where it gets worse....when he applied for edd, kelly services wrongfully told the state of ca he quit! that is a damn lie! now no one wants to help resolve the issue and we cannot get ahold of any one, surprise surprise!!!!!
