I've been to HER Beauty Lounge about 3-4 times and every time I go I am not disappointed! The hardworking ladies do such an amazing job! They are gentle, take their time, and honestly do such a perfect job! During COVID, they've been extra careful, sanitizing everything and I really appreciate all their hard work!! Makes you feel safe Mia is amazing and so nice, you show her a pic of what you want and she gets it so on point! plus the salon is so adorable!

I got my nails done here during COVID-19 from a friend recommendation. HER Beauty Lounge's sanitation level made me feel at ease when I walked in. I could immediately see their plexiglass screens, separating nail techs from customers, and there was a sign that let customers know they had to wash their hands first before receiving service. The technician who did my nails was sweet and I loved that she asked questions about my preference for my nails. When doing my nails I noticed, instead of wiping the brushes and acrylic powder onto a towel she instead used a disposable cloth/barrier and paper towels while wearing masks and gloves. I've been to several nail salons from San Mateo to Hayward and hands down H E R is now my favorite! Like other reviews, the salon is extremely clean and the interior is decorated to not feel overwhelmingly and is very classy. They immediately ask you to go wash your hands and social distancing is practiced (they are appointment only right now). Mimi was my manicurist and she was so sweet. I felt bad because I realized all of my other nail techs were just too rough! She is very careful with how she does her work and is very thorough.
