Elite Rooter sent their technician Oscar. Oscar worked like a well-oiled machine. He was a one-man team 90% of the time. He did almost all the hard work by himself, from inspecting and identifying the blockage, up to final clean up. He hardly rested – he had so much energy. When we had questions, he knew the answers (except for the pricing), and he always answered with a smile. He really knew his craft. Next time we have any plumbing issue (hopefully never), we will definitely ask for Oscar.
Jesus Cardenas helped us out with our problem from start to finish. We found out we had leaking pipes under the house. He arrived in a timely manner for the initial inspection and got the ball rolling for the clean up. He was very communicative through each step of the process and got us back up and running again. He deserves a raise!
We called Elite Rooter after our regular plumber said that our pipe blockage was more than a snake could handle. Elite arrived in about an hour, and provided excellent service for a more complicated issue than initially appeared. It required them to do advanced snaking, camera inspection of piping, crawling under the house, and calling in a leak detection company to see if there was moisture behind the walls and under our bathroom floor (there was). Communication throughout the 5-hour visit was clear and continuous. We will be using them to come replace some pipes after the leak detection company opens the walls and dries out the framing. Very professional all the way!
