Dittman has helped us during several emergencies with our cursed bathrooms and our neighbors too. They have made a case for more serious fixes and thanks to them we most likely will have it done once things are coordinated with our HOA. We've dealt with different members of their team and this time Don and Junior came out. They were "locked in" and at the same time kept a pleasant customer focused attitude. They were mindful not to make a mess and made sure any pieces removed/replaced were cleanly reinstalled. As much as they were careful in how they did their work, what stands out to me with Dittman, is how their team have really good people-to-people skills. In a trades job it makes a surprising amount of difference and that's why I figured I'd drop a review because that really stood out to me. So if you want a team that will be fair in the process, respectful of your property, provides pleasant service, and is professional with the way they start and end a job -- Dittman is it. They came through for us and if I happen to ever move around town, I'd be happy to use them again.
It was a pleasure doing business with the folks at Dittman. They are punctual, knowledgeable, efficient, and professional. Don and Dave helped snake the kitchen drain, Maria answered my many questions on the phone, and Tom helped with water shutoff. It was a pleasant experience each time.
The shared kitchen sink drain line in my duplex was backing up, sometimes causing sink waste to rise up in the other tenant's kitchen sink. The Dittman plumber Carlos did an excellent job of explaining the problem and clearing the drain line. He also noted a problem with our angle stop which he was able to fix without an additional charge.I call Dittman for all of my plumbing jobs, especially the complex ones since they have so many seasoned plumbers.
