Chinchilla Construction Administration

Our experience with Chinchilla was excellent in all respects. We asked Felix and his crew to make structural repairs in two bathrooms —call it a mini-remodel. They did great work at a reasonable price. Although it was a small job for them, we felt we had Felix‘s full attention and the work was completed ahead of schedule. Felix was reliable—if he said the crew would start at 9am, they were there at 9. We (and our dogs) were at home while the work was being done: Felix and his colleagues were genuinely likable and a pleasure to be around. I recommended Chinchilla Construction Administration without hesitation.

This is the second project we have worked on with Felix and the Chinchilla crew, and it was a major one, including updating the foundation, adding square footage in the basement, adding a new bathroom, and remodeling the master suite. Throughout the project, there were changes/updates, challenges. Felix, Esmeralda, and his crew were great and helped troubleshoot/find solutions. We had an amazing experience working with Felix and Esme on our home remodel! They added a brand new bedroom and bathroom, and the results exceeded our expectations.
