The scope of our work was a major remodel (new primary bedroom and bath addition, full kitchen renovation) so we were looking for a contractor who was a good communicator, demonstrated high quality work and customer service. Chinchilla Construction exceeded our expectations, specially when it came to unforeseen but inevitable challenges when renovating an old home (built in 1940s). We look forward to working with Felix and his crew again for future projects

Felix, Esmeralda and the Chinchilla team did an excellent job on my recently completed small ADU. There were a few delays in the project schedule (building an ADU is actually construction of a miniature whole house, after all!) mainly due to waiting for PG&E or inspections, but Felix and crew worked around the delays as much as possible. The crew was very respectful (important, as the project was so close to my living space) and tried to minimize the disruption. Felix was always mindful of my requirements and was careful to check with me when a decision might impact something I cared about.
