Very useful product.Areas of improvement: Need to improve software QA as broken functionality shows up on the dashboard, make the interface and functionality more granular and give more control to admins
Working with Checkbook has been a very positive experience! The service is easy to set up and the technology works efficiently. The team is also really responsive and happy to answer any questions we've had. I definitely recommend this company!
I am new user with Checkbook but I'm amazed by how easy and reliable this website is. It is easy to send and receive echecks without having to issue a physical check (or buy them from the bank if they run out!) I love how smoothly checks get transferred between banks that smoothly.The customer service is also really professional and responsive. Sam helped me with my issues and we were able to get my friend set her account remotely. Thank you, Sam!
