Cathy has a gentle touch and a big heart. My mystery mix has paws that deviate outward (Bassett hound?), so when he is very guarded with his front paws because they can be quite painful, and when he leaves most groomers he's limping because they are too rough with his front paws despite my request for them to modify the way they handle him. Cathy lets me hold him, she has treats and gentle restraints that I feel comfortable with, and I from now on this is the ONLY groomer I will ever work with. Cathy is the BEST! Thank you!
Cathy is amazing! Here’s a before and after of Cairo. Cathy is great at what she does! She is so sweet and patient with our little fur ball of anxiety and gives Cairo breaks and treats as a way of allowing her to decompress. I also appreciate the time she takes to listen and talk to us about any medical or behavioral concerns.
