I was quite pleased with Dr. Ally Tran's care today! I think she just started recently, but she seemed to be the most thorough optometrist I've had so far. Aside from the standard course of tests, she used some yellow dye to check for eye dryness, which was completely new to me. Turns out I had inadvertently complained about potential dry eyes when I mentioned a constantly teary left eye. After inspection she diagnosed this to be eyelashes that were pointed downwards, which may be causing irritation. Glad to be under her care today!

Dr Arnesty is incredible ,she always gets my prescription 100 percent ! She is warm , personable , professional and thorough The staff is also professional and helpful in choosing the right frames

Today, I am especially grateful for Borel Eye Doctors group. I had an eye injury from a chemical burn over the Labor Day holiday. Unfortunately, I knew the doctors may already be booked and short staffed due to the long holiday. I called and left a message with Dr Arnesty's office this morning to try to get in today to have an examination of my eye, as it was basically swollen shut and tearing profusely this morning. Despite the holiday weekend, one of the doctors in the office--Dr. Marks, was able to see me over her lunch break to examine my eyes and to make sure that there was no infection or serious damage. She was very helpful and I left feeling much relieved.... read full review
