Frank and his crew at Best Image have earned my business and respect since 2012/2013. They’ve taken care of my family and their vehicles as well as my own. I’ve referred everyone I know to them and they having absolutely nothing bad to say. I live about 1.5hrs away now and I will still make the trip to San Mateo to get my windows tinted by Best Image.
I had 1 issue with a vehicle and Best Image was willing to take partial responsibility even when it wasn’t their fault. But because they were the last ones to work on my vehicle they were willing to meet me halfway. I didn’t accuse them of anything, rather voiced my concern and they listened.
I got clear window tints at this shop for my 2023 Corolla to block UV light. It was very reasonably priced for the cheapest Johnson renegade window tints. They also have 3M window tints including ceramic tints but the price increases with the quality. Overall the craftsmanship was very good and I'm happy with the customer service.

I was weary of coming back here after all the recent bad reviews BUT I decided to give it a shot. I have been here previously but it's been more than a few years.
I tinted my entire BMW 335i 20% all around with just the basic option of the Jackson tint. Honestly, it works well and the car has been cooler ever since. There were bubbles to begin with but that disappeared over a few days. The car looks great and the price was reasonable; I am a happy customer.
