Being without heat for over a month (me being lazy and in denial) Luis was great!!!! Gave me a time range when he could stop by and updated me when he could arrive earlier. He “allowed” me to watch him (over his shoulder) and wasn’t irritated with all my questions. He took the time to explain what he was doing. He was quick and cleaned up. I would definitely call him again. THANK YOU!

He quickly diagnosed the issue, explained our options clearly, and completed the repair on the spot. He also took the time to teach me simple HVAC maintenance steps to keep the system running longer. We have used Air Temp for our oven and fridge repair for years. This year we needed major air duct work both upstairs and downstairs. This is a very hardworking group of workers led by Luis. They had to work under our house in a cramped basement. They did great work and finished in 2 days. Luis gave us a very fair price and we appreciate all they did to get our AC up and running. We highly recommend this company for all your needs. They are professional and can usually come out within a day or two depending on what you need. Somehow, even during the pandemic, they are able to get parts and are extremely honest.
