Our estimator showed up right on time. She reviewed all the options and we picked out which shelves we were going with. She took the measurements, gave us a bid. We signed the bid and she gave us an installation date. Scott, the installer showed up right when they said he would. A short hour or so later and it was all done. The shelves look great, they're coated for easy cleaning, and handle up to about a 100 pounds of pantry goods. This will make our upright pantry so much more convenient. We got 8 large pull out shelves. The workmanship is top notch. Wood is very pretty and finished nicely. The shelves were installed very professionally. The person paid lots of attention to detail and even wiped the shelving off as he installed them. We love them, they make such a big difference in what we can store in our lower cupboards. Wish we would have gotten them much sooner.
