Outstanding customer service! I was absolutely blown away by the level of care and attention we received. The team is incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and truly passionate about what they do. They spent over an hour helping us choose the right wood, even though it was a small sale for them—yet they treated us like we were spending a million dollars. Their dedication and patience completely restored my faith in customer service. On top of that, their prices and quality are excellent. Highly recommend!

I’ve been going to a lumber co closer to downtown San Diego and wanted to try this since it was a little closer to home. I had a wardrobe project I wanted to accomplish and picked up some African mahogany boards for the doors also the plywood for the cases. I used Rubio monocoat pure on the mahogany and I’m so happy with how it turned out. The full wood front is beautiful statement piece that will also give us more wardrobe space. The place has amazing customer service, everyone was very friendly and helpful. Prices were really good and I’m happy with the outcome of my project. First time shopping for a project at a proper lumber shop. Found two 12' pieces of Oak for an edge-glued desk/console in my flat. Used two Ikea stands that I squared together and reinforced for the top. At this pricing, I'm comfortable moving forward practicing some proper joinery with hardwood. I dont have a planer, so their lumber being planed at the same thickness with a single straight edge made this project easy to slap together.
