We did get in trouble by hiring Chuck with a truck, who screw up our turf material. Then we start looking around for a reputable Installers to help us and save our backyard project. Ruby Turf Direct was the only company who agreed to help us and they were able to salvage our turf material. The finished job looks great, even better then we expected. They also provide nails and infill to complete the project. Above all, Lisa was wonderful. She is extremely helpful, honest and knowledgeable.
