Tim was very patient and thorough in his inspection. My whole family came over because they were excited to get anorher peek at the house and he was very understanding, even answering all of my dad's engineering questions as he reviewed the home. He explained things very well and walked me through it, so even though I don't know much about all the housing components, I got a pretty good idea of what was wrong and how minor or severe each problem was. I had a great experience!
