We had a very fast short escrow period and we needed Tim to work quickly in order to meet our timeline. He did that, educating us but not putting us in a position to worry about most of the issues he found. He educated us about the risks of each item and had us only focus on safety and code issues. We provided a short list of issues to the seller who had his contractor fix the issues and we closed escrow very quickly. Everyone involved in the transaction was very happy with Tim's work.
