I was super impressed with Phin and his staff in April 2022, I had a unique tax situation. We filed an extension, for both years with the promise we would take it back up in a couple months to finish-I needed to get some paperwork to finish. I left all my documents with Phin.I started trying to reach him starting in June since I hadn't heard from them in May like they promised. I did 't get really worried as I know I have til October 31st deadline, my family went on a 2 month vacation, and started back trying to reach PTC in July via, emails, and phone calls-nothing. I realize they are closed during tax season, but this is getting scary since they have ALL my tax paperwork.

We had our 2020 taxes done with Phin @ MVP - San Marcos. With a few hiccups, Phin was finally able to help us out and we got more than expected on our refund. Thank you Phin and MVP we really appreciate all of your help!!!
