After a water container leaked in our pantry and seeped underneath the laminate, we wanted to replace the laminate with a more waterproof flooring material but were having difficulty finding a company that does both laminate and tile installation for smaller projects. I was very excited to find Interior Technique Flooring through Yelp, as many of the reviews mentioned how helpful they are with repairing flooring after flooding and that they specialize in all kinds of flooring as well. This is LONG overdue, but Mike was absolutely amazing to deal with when our house flooded last year and we had to replace our flooring. We ordered our flooring through interior technique flooring and had our custom stairs made and they are beautiful and durable! We get so many compliments on them. I really like that they were able to make them larger than typical end caps too.
Absolutely a great company to work with! From the owners, to the manager, to the installers, everyone is a pleasure to work with as they are polite, responsive and clean. I installed my floors about 6 years ago and last month I went in with a quick question and they offered to come back to the house to look at the problem. Upon arrival they inspected the floor and found 3 areas they were not satisfied with and they sent someone to fix all issues under their warranty. Fantastic & ethical through and through!
