We knew what we wanted, but had only saw it in media. When we saw it offered at this dealership, we drove so.e distance to see it in person. We had no intentions of buying it yet but had to see it. Purchased a 2019 used Lance travel trailer in August. After discovering a couple of major issues it took several weeks for the repairs to be made (waiting for parts) . Blue Compass covered all the costs and our salesman Matthew kept in contact with us through it all.
