I had my hearing tested on 1/6/24 & was told I needed new hearing aids. Mine were 8 years old. Thus began the hassles of getting Blue Cross to pay their $2500 towards the cost. Dr Greg Hall never gave up no matter how many times he had to contact them, resubmit paperwork they somehow couldn’t find, etc. He never complained or gave up! Finally on 11/5, almost a year later, I was able to get my new hearing aids. I can’t say enough positive things about him! If you want great service, this is the place to go!
