Didn’t Need a Roof! When I noticed a leak, I was certain on my 30+ year old roof it meant time for a new roof. And that meant thousands of dollars, that I didn’t have. I called Guardian and a knowledgeable person came out to look at my home and let me know that I didn’t need a new roof. I just needed some tiles replaced. They were honest, efficient, clean and priced fairly. I was expecting to pay 7 to 8 times what they charged me. I am very happy and will use Guardian again.
I had my roof started in 2020 and they did an excellent job. All the workers were very Professional excellent job. I received a lot of compliments from my friends and neighbors.
I’m in the process of selling my house, the buyers home inspector found roof issues. I drove by Guardia’s Project manager, the damage was caused by the solar company that installed the Solar panels and equipment up on the roof. The solar company did pay for the repairs and Guardian completed the repairs today they did an excellent job. I recommend this company to all.
Excellent work! On time, quick & professional. Rodolfo worked clean, knew what he was doing and did great work. Angelo was a great project manager, arranged everything, set us up for success and followed up to make sure we were happy. 5 Stars all around!
