Rachel is a 5 star 🌟 employee, but your online check in stinks. You should not be able to check in online one hour before you arrive. I could have checked in when I was at Home Depot. You need to improve your system.

Actually a great experience I’ve always been super scared to go into one of these mainstream hair places, but the woman who did my hair was super friendly and did my hair quick and it looks amazing feels amazing

Good service BUT they like everyone else raised their prices and no senior discount. I have short grey hair and 5 or 8 minutes in chair. Next to me is someone getting a full boat haircut at the same price. OH WELL!!!!!!
