I’ve only been here a few times recently, but loved it each time. The young girl who works reception, I didn’t get her name, is kind and helpful. She helped me pick out a new gel color and I love it. Mason is a fantastic massager. I go in and get the royal mani/pedi and I just can’t say enough nice things about him. It makes you feel like you’re in a real spa, and it’s a great way to close out your weekend on a Sunday afternoon. I have lupus and fibromyalgia and neuropathy, and Mason is magic with my hands and feet. I’ve had acrylics done by a couple of different people there as a walk in, and you can’t lose. I had an appointment, but when another customer came in I was bounced to another person, then another. Initially I was not happy about that. However, the final person who completed my gel manicure was the same person who gave me the pedicure. He was nice and he did a good job. I gave him a generous tip. I didn't give a tip to the other two people who did not complete the gel manicure 💅
Mason is the best! Detail oriented manicures and pedicures. His massages are great; he has very strong hands and knows the pressure points. He takes his time and you never feel like he is rushing.
The girl at the front desk is so nice and always offers a complimentary beverage. I recommend the latte!
This Go Bahli Nails is much nicer than the one on Grand.
