I love Rosa! I have recently developed allergies to hair color but Rosa helped me find the right color so I don’t react that much. She takes extra care to get all the residue color off. She is so warm and makes her clients feel very comfortable.
She is wonderful!! I have been having such a hard time finding a salon that will give me those bouncy 90’s layers, and she absolutely nailed it!! She is so sweet and incredibly skilled with her shears :)
Rosa is excellent with curly hair. If you screw up a curly hair cut, it will show until it grows out. She doesn't screw up. She point cuts and texturizes properly. Also, she knows how and where to place highlights. Very happy with her technique and quality.
