We just had carpet replaced by Cole's and we are very happy with the result. Mitchell assisted us in picking out some beautiful carpet that will hopefully withstand the wear of an active family with grandchildren and dogs. The carpet is of superior quality and the new padding is much thicker than the padding on our old carpeting. The installation was exceptional. Ivan and his assistant were very helpful and were very gracious during the moving of some very heavy furniture. They had to deal with the removal of some very old soiled carpet but they were meticulous in the cleanup. We are now enjoying the comfort and beauty of the new carpet.
I contacted Cole’s to inquire about carpet repair/patching. We had purchased our berber carpeting from them some 15 years ago, and very happy with it.
Well- it had been so long that we couldn’t be found in their system -but they were great and trusted me. They were very clear with the procedure and potential cost, very accurate with the scheduling, very professional with the job. The repairs came out extremely well and we are delighted!
I will always call them for any future carpeting needs.
