Today, January 29, 2024, I went to your San Marcos company and was so fortunate to have Brandon help me with my part for my washing machine. I called so many places to get the drive belt and most said I had to wait a few days. Brandon was so professional in assisting me with the part. He also called the Fontana store for another part and had it on hold for my pickup.I stopped home and was fortunate that the part did get my washer working again.Thank you Brandon. I've only been to this establishment once, but I had no problems and the lady at the counter was very helpful! They had to order a few parts, but that was to be expected, especially since my Maytag dryer was very old, but was surprised at how many parts they had in stock.
