im sharing my experience with their hair extensions. i bought 3 sets before the pandemic. i have bought 3 more after the pandemic. totally different experience. they are definitely shorting you on volume nowadays. the ends of the hair used to be thick and lush, now the ends are stringy and thin. not sure if their supplier went up on prices and instead of raising prices(or they could have just ate the price difference), they just stole some hair back. ive made complaints directly to them and they ignore me now. the first time i complained, a lady became rude with me via the customer service email. i got the feeling things weren't going well at the company. they also have...read full review
