Terrific instructors, excellent cooperative feeling in the dojo. I have studied a variety of styles of martial arts, and I can say from experience this place is top notch.The kids class is fun, well structured, and well attended. Sensei Aaron is a gifted martial artist, but what makes this class special is his patience and enthusiasm for teaching.The adults classes have a more formal tone, but are relaxing and fun. Sensei Gallo, the dojo cho, has an amazing knowledge of the human body, and it really shows in his explanations of why the various techniques work.

My daughter has come here for a little over 5 months. She loves it and does not want to go back to dance. The teachers are great. They teach self-discipline and respect. The atmosphere is encouraging and happy.
