Don’t bother with anyone else if you can get Smee. They start and finish every job just like you’d hope. They returns calls in a reasonable time; ask the right questions; give you explanations and answers that makes sense. THEN they do the darndest thing — they show up on time! Then they get it done with the stuff they have in their truck! And just so you know I’ve hired Smee more than once… never will try another as long as they are around. Thank you.

We’re incredibly grateful to Terry for quickly fitting us into his day after our shower handle broke off (within the valve itself) resulting in the need to turn off water to our entire house. He skillfully managed to remove the broken fragments from the valve body without damage, saving us from a massive job of tearing up the wall to replace everything. Quick, honest, and an overall great guy. Thank you so much!
