Zero stars. They have a project going right now at 791 Orcutt Rd and are being terrible neighbors to the people living next door. The dust they are generating is horrendous and affecting my asthma. See this video for an example.

Courtesy of our realtor, Mr. Townley of Comet Realty, we were put in touch with Tim Empey, Superintendent at Robbins Reed. We wanted to see what land was available and what the construction issues and costs were for our possible relocation to S.L.O. Tim did an outstanding job in answering all our questions, and providing lots of very helpful additional background.
