I LOVE OTF SLO! The coaches are energetic, motivating, and keep me engaged throughout the class. They also get to know you as a person and provide helpful tips to make sure I’m using proper technique. The staff are so friendly and are genuinely excited to see me when I walk through the door. I have seen tremendous improvement in my running and total body strength. But more importantly, I really feel a part of the OTF family, which makes me eager to come back for more workouts.
OTFSLO is awesome! Super supportive and knowledgeable staff, great camaraderie, and fantastic workouts!
