I've worked with trainers for over 15 years and hands down Eric is one of the best. He really listened to my goals and has created workouts that center around those goals. He is thoughtful, positive, and focused on finding the best exercise movements that will produce results. And if something doesn't seem like it's working, he will adapt and offer options to provide a workout that best suits me (hence the name Custom Fit!)
