What you read in these reviews is very true. Richie made my stained carpet look amazing and the tile never looked so good. I would highly recommend him and plan to continue using his service. He is friendly, professional and very reasonably priced. We found a gem here!!

We have a cottage in Baywood that is also a long stay Airbnb. Despite having a "no shoes" policy, our last tenants ignored the rules and destroyed the light colored carpets. Richie came highly recommended from some neighbors so we gave him a try. We have new tenants so I was a little worried about wet carpets and maybe a smell. They left for the day and came home to sparkling clean carpets, no smell and the carpets were dry!! They are happy and so am I!!We live 6 hours away so Richie sent me before/after photos and even a video to show what he was doing and the progress as he was doing it!
