“I have only used once. (I am incredibly picky as I used to have my own cleaning service). ThT said, they did what I asked. Mostly. They Did not do baseboards, things were not put back where they belonged, louvres and pictures left crooked! As I said, first time clean, big changes here. I hope with time I can encourage them to stay on and learn my quirks. Reasonably priced for a short notice request. Nice employees. Owner speaks great English, employees do not. All in all, I'm good. And will try them again.“
“Coastal Janitorial is a fantastic company. We have repeatedly used them over two (2) years to clean the inside and outside windows at our residence. The outside windows are a little more difficult because we live three floors above ground in a commercial building. They are always on time and very professional. They also use soft water to finish the windows so very few water spots. It's a really great system they have. We really appreciate all their hard work.“

“They were there promptly the day I called at 6:30 in the evening and stayed until 12:30 am on Friday. Came back on Monday th o complete the removal. Left the equipment there until everything was dry. The only concern i had was with communication. Could have been a little better.“
